By using Fractyl Discipline, you agree to these Terms of Use.

Fractyl Discipline is a trading discipline and reflection dashboard. It is designed to help users track rules, journal trades, review behaviour, generate AI reflection summaries, and stay accountable to their process.

Fractyl Discipline does not provide financial advice, trading signals, investment recommendations, market predictions, brokerage services, or guarantees of trading performance. Any information, dashboard output, score, AI summary, or reflection prompt is for personal discipline tracking and educational reflection only.

Users are fully responsible for their own trading decisions, risk management, financial decisions, and use of the dashboard. Fractyl Discipline is not responsible for trading losses, missed opportunities, financial outcomes, or decisions made based on user-entered data or AI-generated reflections.

Users may need to create an account to access the dashboard. Users are responsible for keeping their login details secure and for all activity under their account.

Users may enter trading rules, journal entries, trade ideas, screenshots, reflection notes, and puzzle images. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to upload and use any content they submit.

AI summaries are generated from user-provided data and are intended to support reflection. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or imperfect. Users should not treat AI-generated content as advice, instructions, or a substitute for personal judgment.

When paid access is enabled, subscription payments will be processed through Stripe. Pricing may include monthly and yearly access plans. Access may be restricted if payment fails, subscription is cancelled, or access expires.

Users must not:

• misuse the dashboard
• attempt to access another user’s data
• upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• use the dashboard to provide trading signals or financial advice to others
• attempt to bypass authentication, payment, or security controls

Fractyl Discipline may be updated, changed, suspended, or discontinued at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fractyl Discipline is not liable for trading losses, financial losses, indirect damages, or consequences arising from use of the dashboard.
